Please review these rules carefully. Failure to comply may result in additional charges and immediate termination of your reservation without refund. ⸻ 1. No Parties or Events Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. • A $500.00 surcharge will apply if guests are dishonest about the intended use of the property. • Any guests found hosting a party will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. ⸻ 2. No Smoking – Indoors or on the Balcony Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony. • A $1,000 fine will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking indoors. • Reservation will be terminated immediately. ⸻ 3. No Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. • For liability and scheduling purposes, all guests must be declared in advance. • A $100/night fee will be applied for each undeclared guest. ⸻ 4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy Check-in and check-out times must be respected. • Check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Any changes must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • $100/hour will be charged for late check-out, as it impacts cleaning and the next reservation. ⸻ 5. Shoes Policy Please remove your shoes at the front door. • No shoes are to be worn inside the house. ⸻ 6. Laundry • Use conservatively. No bulky or hard objects. • Use only ¼ cup of liquid detergent per full-sized load. • IMPORTANT: Always leave the washing machine door slightly open after use to prevent molds . 7. Maintenance & Repairs If something isn’t working or needs attention, please contact me directly so I can send someone to resolve the issue promptly. 8. Lost keys Guests may be charged up to $250 for replacement of keys/fob and cost of rekeying lock if keys are lost or not returned. ⸻ Final Note Violations of any of the above rules may result in additional charges and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. We appreciate your respect for the space and for helping us maintain a high standard for all guests.

Guests have full, private access to the entire unit, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, in-suite washer and dryer, and the patio. Enjoy complete comfort and convenience throughout your stay with no shared spaces. The Units Entrance is Located Off of Yonge Street.
