Please review these rules carefully. Failure to comply may result in additional charges and immediate termination of your reservation without refund. ⸻ 1. No Parties or Events Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. • A $500.00 surcharge will apply if guests are dishonest about the intended use of the property. • Any guests found hosting a party will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. ⸻ 2. No Smoking – Indoors or on the Balcony Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony. • A $1,000 fine will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking indoors. • Reservation will be terminated immediately. ⸻ 3. No Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. • For liability and scheduling purposes, all guests must be declared in advance. • A $100/night fee will be applied for each undeclared guest. ⸻ 4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy Check-in and check-out times must be respected. • Check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Any changes must be requested and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. • $100/hour will be charged for late check-out, as it impacts cleaning and the next reservation. ⸻ 5. Shoes Policy Please remove your shoes at the front door. • No shoes are to be worn inside the house. 6. Lost Keys: Guests will be charged for up to $250.00 for lost keys/ fob and rekeying on unit for displacement of keys. If something isn’t working or needs attention, please contact me directly so I can send someone to resolve the issue promptly. ⸻ Final Note Violations of any of the above rules may result in additional charges and immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
